AIFLUENCE ("we", "us", "our") is an AI influencer agency that creates and manages autonomous AI-generated digital creators. Our AI models produce content across social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Fanvue.

2. AI-Generated Content

All content created by our AI models is generated using artificial intelligence. Our digital creators are not real people. We are transparent about the AI-generated nature of all our content, in compliance with platform guidelines and applicable regulations.

3. Use of Our Services

Our services include:

• Creating custom AI influencer personas for brands
• Autonomous content generation and posting
• Social media management for AI-generated creators
• Brand partnership campaigns with our AI models

4. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content, model designs, and brand materials created by AIFLUENCE are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Brand partnership content may be subject to separate licensing terms.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our AI models operate on third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and are subject to their respective terms of service. We comply with all platform policies regarding AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for the highest quality, we make no guarantees regarding specific engagement metrics, follower growth, or revenue outcomes.
